9800pro issue, need help.

I have a ati 9800pro installed on a shuttle xpc. The problem is, ATi Cat. Control Center can not read the bus speed of the 9800pro causing it to do some random shutdowns and errors. I have formatted the computer already. Installed the latest driver. Updated Bio's.

Im suspecting the newer driver doesnt work well with 9800pro. But i could be wrong.
 
The new ATi drivers should work just fine with a 9800Pro, mine is stable with Cat 5.6. Did you try older drivers without the CCC, e.g. 4.12?
