Ok, needs some help here

My 9800pro will NOT clock over 370core withought totally crashing when it tries to run anygame (usually taking the comp down with it)

it used to clock just fine and I even OC'd it a few times just to test in the past got it to like 415 i think.

so here is what I changed Proc and MB
from soltek nforce 2 board and a 2800
to msi k7n2 delta2 plat and a 2500 mobile.(friends motherboard couldnt change the cpu multi so i gave him my 2800 for his brand new 2500 mobile.)

SO anyone got any ideas on this , ive tried 2 different psu's didnt help at all. So unless there is something wrong with the motherboard or proc im out of ideas.

here is a sketch of my system.

Kingwin 450 psu/Thermaltake 430
thermaltake xaserII
MSI k7n2 delta2 plat
2500M @ 2400mghz
9800pro
768megs OCZ 3200
Sony CD burner
80gig WD HD
