9800 pro/xt Normal temps

I've searched the forums for a moment for this and I didn't really find an answer, I am able to monitor and log my temps with ati tool, don't mistake this though I do NO overclocking what so ever (I know I should be flogged) my card is crashing, right now Halo and UT2k4 seem to lock up my system (yeaaa) but Doom3, Max payne2 and a few others don't.

My question: What are your normal 9800 pro temps, xt users too I guess. I don't know what a bad upper limit is, I think I'm approaching it though :) A RMA seems very near.
