i dont think thats it
my computer was crashing just as much right after my format
(with 9800)
 
Make sure you get rid off all Nvidia GPU related drivers. Format or use a utility.

I would say 'yes' to a new power supply. 200 watts is probably to weak. My Dell power supply is rated at 250W but peaks at 345-350 watts. So.......yeah get'cha a 350 watter and if that doesn't solve your 3D app crashing, you got software problems.
 
i've formated 2 times already
im planning on taking my comp apart cleaning everything
reformating (once again)
with new psu...

hope that will solve my problems
if not...
... well
i dont know what ill do
