I have 2 9800 NP 128 megs. One with Samsung and the Other with Inferon* Memory.

I can o/c the Inferon* 415/310 without any problems. Would Flashing the bios get me any perfomance increase.

Right now I'm O/C the Samsung at the 425/325 with stock cooling, without problems. I would like to flash the bios. What is the benefits of flashing to the PRO or even the XT. I've searched already to find the bios for my card but didn't find what I'm looking for.
 
firstly i hope u have 256bit cards cos there were some 128bit 9800np made at the end of its life.. u won't be able to flash to 9800pro if u have 128bit.
u might get slight performance increase or higher o/c after flashin with 9800pro/xt bios. i got both from 9500 to 9800np bios but i didn't get neither from 9800se to 9800pro bios. personally main advantage for me was that i did'nt have to use softmod to enable pipes n i didn't have to o/c.. which is the reason i flashed my 6800nu 10+ times.

anyway make sure to get the right bios (same mem type) n backup ur old bios. if u know wat u r doin u can't really harm the card but if u don't u might lose the card.
