9700pro power conn prob!

well here i am again with another problem,
i Recently RMA'd my 9700pro, because of an issue with the power connector,
now my new card that i got back has an equal problem,
i was able to use my new card for 3 days untill it started getting artifacts, it was not overclocked nor was it overheating (i have done all the testing), after the artifacts came up my card would not even allow my pc to start up, it just gives me the same beeping noises you get when the power connector it not connected to the card, very rarely can i get to the bios boot up screen, and when i do it just freezes and i have to shut down.
i really dont want to rma again, so any info you guys have will help alot.

Also i have tested my card in in other pc's and still get the same problem.
 
my psu is 420
but i do think i have to rma, because this card is probably shot.
:(
o well looks like another 10 days of no gaming.
