9700 to FireGL softmod

Anybody seen this softmod conversion to take an ATI 9700 Non-pro/pro to a FireGL Z1/X1 ?? I saw it on ebay. Has one for a 9500 but looks questionable.
 
Sounds a little fishy to me. The FireGL GPU is a beast of it's own.
 
Yea sounds a little fishy to me too. I've seen the GF2 & GF4 -> quadro mods, but never anything on the ATi side.
