9600XT Extreme version OC question

I recently bought a Grandmars ATI 9600XT Extreme. The core is clocked at 500, memory at 700. I can overclock the core to 575 if i leave the memory at 700; and i can overclock the memory to almost 800 if i leave the core at 500. If i overclock both, then i can only get around 560/760.

What should i set it at?
 
Has anyone tried the VMod on 9600XT? WHat's the highest MHz that you can get? A big increase?
