If you check out the roadmap you see Skylake versions at 95W and 65W. I think they're both 4 cores, so I guess either the 95W is clocked faster or it has a higher throttle threshold.
What are the implications for dissipating heat? Does the 95 watter ship with a bigger heatsink/fan? Would the same aftermarket fan need to run faster/louder if matched with the 95W? If I want a quiet air-cooled rig, is the 95W out of the question?
