9200 blank screen?

I have an ati 9200 and i have a problem. When i go to boot up my computer everything loads fine but my monitor stays completely blank as if it was in hibernation move and wont come out.When i plug the monitor wire into my integrated card everything works fine.Anyone have an idea why my screen stays blank when i boot up with the card plugged into my monitor?

I have the drivers installed but what do i do if they arent working correctly?
