Asus Pundit.

There are many with 2 PCI slots, but also an AGP slot. The list includes the FIC Condor and various HP and Compaq SFF computers.
 
Sorry about that. I forgot that you were looking for the rotated kind. I guess I didn't make a note of it because I am use to making my own cases for SFF systems. Sorry again. :D
 
Look at the cheapest Iwill on NewEgg, I believe that blue and white one is 2x pci only.
