Toms' has an article on the 7770

Looking at the articles I'm noticing a trend focussing on the 7970/90 and 7770. Where is the new on the 78xx line

I'm upgrading from a 5770 so I'm thinking that the 7770 might not be a worth while upgrade and instead I'm looking at the 7850, but alas, so little coverage.

Anyways, what are indications- 5770 -> 7770, worth it or not?
 
Performance a bit below a hd 6850 3640 vs 3421 for the hd 7770 ....
It won't be the sweet spot for performance/price ratio.

Your guess is as good as mine ;)
 
I'm waiting for the head-to-head benchmarks on today's CPUs. Trying to compare benchmarks on unlike systems just doesn't work.
