xp-120 with delta fan
vapochill light speed
i know that you said no watercooling, but aquacomputer.de is damn good, and would set you right

The XP-120, hands down. The Thermaltake is way too heavy and the typical solder jobs they do aren't very good.
 
dont bother beating the XP-120 its the ultimate, couple it with a sidewinder delta 120mm and you have a monster air cooler
