At what resolution are you playing games? What games are you playing that are causing issues with your Crossfire setup? This late into the cycle if your cards are still working you might just hold on for a bit to see how the next cards will perform.
 
I have 2 monitors 27'' and 23'', main is 1920x1200. I get about 25-30fps on Far Cry3 on med settings worse the higher I go, and about the same in BF3.

Something is wrong with your setup, then. You should be pulling higher FPS with 6850 crossfire.
