6850 U ???

I've never heard of it. I mean, why would they refresh the 6800 line with the 7800 out?

It has nothing to do wth that page linked above (450MHz core = 6800 Ultra Extreme), but nvidia did make a NV40 refresh released after the G70: the NV48. It started appearing in recent drivers' inf files.
