6800GT overclocking danger?

I've got my GT OC'd to core 410 memory 1.14GHz. While playing Farcry, my temps never get to 80, upper 70s is the highest I've seen. Is there any danger to my card? If my temps never exceed 120, can I leave it OC'd all the time? Should I not OC when not playing games? Just curious.
 
The Geforce series down clocks to default 2D settings when you are not doing any 3D so don't worry about it.
