6800 Temp Monitering

So I notice a lot of people talking about the temps of their 6800 cards. Is there a thermal moniter built in or do you use a probe. I've got a vanilla 6800 and I noticed no obvious temp area in the driver control panel. Am I simple or is it just not there.
 
Use Coolbits2 or Rivatuner. They have features which shows your temp. I think in advance setting in display (the one that shows NVidia screen), should have a temp feature..
