Right now all I see is price gouging, I assume due to supply constraints -- any idea when these processors will have sufficient supply to normalize prices?
 
that's really hard to know.. lot of people are upgrading to 6700K actually.
 
I would not hold my breath for any price drops until after December. Supply is tight and demand is high plus dam AMD is non existent with zero competition. Intel could raise it another 100 overnight and people would pay.
 
I3's are barely starting to filter out and only the lowest bin. Amazon finally got some and they are sold out already.
Does appear Intel is behind on production vs demand.
