will nvidia or another company realease a 256mb 6600GT anytime soon? would it help wth the more intensive setting like using AA and AF and some higher resolutions.
 
More ram wont help with aa or af (those are gpu restricted items) but it will help with fps in some circumstances and it will help with resolutions mostly.
