Anyone tried using Dynamat on thier 600T? I picked up some foam and plan on doing dynamat and foam on the panels to help with some of the noise. The issue isnt really the fans but more of a resonance inside the case. I noticed the window panel likes to make some popping noises.. not sure if using dynamat around it on the inside will help or not but I think I might give it a try.

Yeah, this case is to open to use any kind of foam to help the noise. I was more concerned with harmonics since the panels are kinda thin and don't have much weight to them. I think dynamat would work great on this. I may throw some foam padding on top just to make it look better. I will give it a shot this weekend and see hwo it goes. Maybe it will help that creeking or popping noise the windowed panel makes from time to time.

LOL... damn! I have my whole truck done in dynamat extreme.. even the roof. gotta love the stuff.
I picked up some stuff called Peel and Seal from Lowes. I found that a lot of the car audio guys on a budget will use this stuff. Its a lot like the orginal dynamat. I will just double layer it. It is VERY cheap compared to real dynamat. I picked up a 6" X 25' roll for 15$ at Lowes. I can probably do a few cases with this much. The car audio shops wanted about 40$ for what I would use to do one case.
Its good that you bring that up I had forgoten about it.
Just a follow up.. I added the Peel and Seal to my case as well as some foam that Silverstone makes to put on the side panels. Initially I got a lot of popping when I first installed it but since then I havent noticed any popping. Not sure if this fixed it or just managed to get the panel on in a way that it doesn't pop. It does seem to help with harmonics being fed through the case. Can't say its 100% worth it but it was a cheap mod and the roll of Peel and Seal can do like 4 or 5 cases. I did my nieghbors Antec 300 and we noticed right off his fan's are sending vibes through the case and it ended up being more quiet.
