5900 weird stuff

Alright, I just got a BFG 5900 non-ultra in the mail today.

I hooked it up, reformatted, installed the drivers and... I can see three icons on the desktop. I tried Aquamark and it has really bad polygon stretching all over the screen. I have no idea what to do.

Help please?

just did that, after it finally worked (kept freezing on boot screen like usual), the icons are still missing
