Hi,
Im attempting to make a kinda media center with old pc parts i have lieing about my house. I have a PCI 9200SE and a AGP 5600Ultra, ive made the 'media center' using the 5600Ultra. When i connect it to my HTDV (via DVI --> HDMI [tv has no VGA]) there is alot of overscan. Im using the 175.16 drivers on xp x86 is there any option in the nvidia cpl that corrects overscan? i cant seem to find it, although i havent used a nvidia card since the 5600 ultra was good
As far as i know there is no way to correct the overscan using my TV menu,
Its a Technika LCD26-207
If all else fails, do you think it would be possible to make this using a 9200SE.
ie the option available in the drivers
Oh ive also tried power strip to reduce the size of the screen, after a few clicks to shrink it the display disappears totally.
Would the ATI drivers for a x1650 be able to correct overscan, i can get 1 of these for AGP for fairly cheap.
Thanks,
