I'm upgrading a machine today from a 5450 to a 6770. I have the latest patched drivers etc - can I just swap the cards or is it worth an uninstall and clean install as I change over?

My process was going to be

1. Uninstall driver, shut down
2. Change card
3. Boot an install driver again

O/S is XP pro... :)
 
As a rule of thumb, do it the clean way.

Doesnt take much longer and can save you headaches in certain cases.
