512MB Does make a Difference?

In extreme situations 512mb makes a little bit difference, but until they design to take advantage of it, a 128mb card or 256mb (especially for newer games) I think will be fine for anybody

Does 512 MB of RAM on the GFX card make any difference when running at 1600x1200 32bit 6xAA 16xAF ?
