50mm fan

I recently got a 50mm fan for the northbridge of my DS3. It comes with these tiny power connectors, and I don't know where to plug the darn thing into. Do I have to buy some other converter?

It's not the normal 4 pin, but it looks like the same plug that the cpu fan uses on the mobo.

Also I'm having an issue mounting the fan on because I'm using the Scythe Ninja HS.It's partially blocking the NB, so I don't have enough clearance to screw the fan into the NB. Is there another way of mounting it on securely? Is glue an option at all because the NB gets very hot probably 80C I'm guessing.

I've read accounts of people using superglue on the corners and a dab of thermal paste in the middle. It's more of a permanent solution though and would be messy if you don't get good results the first time.

There should be more fan connectors on the motherboard. Most motherboards have at least 2 fanheaders.
