Looking for a monitor listed in the title. Is there anything currently in the market or something on the horizon?

There is the Wasabi-Mango uhd430. Don't think you can really find the 420 anymore. I'm not sure if they OC though so 60 Hz may be it. Pretty pricey to.

The LG 34UC79G-B is 34" UW and you get 144 Hz for cheaper price.

If you wait a little longer you got the new Freesync 2.0 monitors with HDR coming out. Samsung CHG70 & 90. Being QLED though they are going to be extremely pricey. The LG 32UD99-W is pretty nice but a little small if your really wanting 40".
