4790 in SFF

So I finally purchased my motherboard and processor. I went with the ASUS Z97 Plus, and the i7 4790k. I was wondering if y'all might be able to enlighten me on what kinds of temperatures I should expect on this CPU from stock, and if overclocking is out of the picture or not, or if I might even need to undervolt.

The case will be the NCASE M1, so not a ton of room in there.
 
I would not be so doom and gloom, I have a Bitfenix Prodigy ITX running a 4330 passively (albeit a Scythe Ninja 3 and the 4330 is delidded) with chassis fans that barely spin and all temps are acceptable. The GTX 650 in it is overclocked to hell and so is the hottest running component but the thing is rock solid. I would just say if the PSU is SFF only, make sure to get the highest quality unit and get fairly strong intake fans. I would be comfortable overclocking the 4790k in this scenario, just keep an eye on those temps but I don't expect anything would fry.
