Here's what I did, tell me if I'm doing this right please.

I set my Core Ratio to 42 and played with the vcore until I found stability at 1.205 in a IXTU stress test for 24 hours.

Then I set my Ring Ratio to 42 and the Ring Voltage to 1.205, both matching the core ratio and voltage.

I am now slowly raising my VCCIN until I find 24 hour stability.

Am I doing that right?

Thanks

There is no need to increase ring ratio or voltage above stock (barely any performance difference). There is no need for ring voltage or ratio to match VCore or core ratio.

Also, no need to increase VCCIN until you go over about 1.3V VCore.
Might be worth setting VCCIN LLC to maximum though.

Stress test with something better than IXTU (prime95 + gaming/other real world stuff).

Have fun :)

I heard prime95 isn't good for the new CPU's, something about it not using all the features on it or something.

I figured Intel's own stress tester would be the best for Intel CPU's?

How about OCCT?
