4600 tweaks

overclock overclock overclock ... and if image quality isnt a big deal to you , then turn down settings to all performance ..make sure vsync disabled yaddah yaddah .. experiment with diff driver sets (others have stated the 45 series worked good for them on the Ti series) .. and a kind of spendy tweak for your 4600 is to buy an FX-55 setup with at least a gig of ram and a raptor 10grand rpm drive and reload up windoze and drivers and all that and then you will see your Ti4600 do a lot better ... :)
 
try the 44.03 drivers.. they were best for my ti4600 when benchmarking
