If the 450 is enough I would like too save a few bucks as I'm all ready pushing my budget too the max.

ASUS M3A78-EMH HDMI 780G with onboard radeon 3200
AMD Phenom 9600
2GB ram but will add another 2 later.
4 fans
DVD burner
3 hard drives
tv tuner card.

no overclocking or a mild overclock at the most.
