Assuming we are talking all standard def tv here.. Looks fine as PIP but not so great stretched full screen. TV recorded on my media center and played back through my 360 looks pretty good though. I would recommend an HD tuner or one that does both to you. Even if you can only get local stations high-def is worlds better then standard def.
