I'm looking to move to a SFF box, and I think it would help with the heat to get an NV Silencer for my 6800GT. I'm a bit paranoid though, as last time I installed a cooler on a card, it cooked itself and died (directions were missing vital step on some cards, mine was one). Does anybody know of a website that is authorized to install aftermarket coolers so the warrenty isn't void, or if any site will install one and give you their own warrenty for the card?
 
Unless I am mistaken, there is not enough room for a NVSilencer in most SFF cases.

There is plenty, it's not a Shuttle. It's an Aspire X-Qpack case. Think Hornet Pro or Fragbox and you have the general idea for size.
