Well I just had a spur of the moment decision to go buy a new cpu. Checked out my favorite local retailor central computer in sf. and they had some good deals on x2s. Got a retail box 3800x2 for $149 + tax. Came out to $162 total and i didn't have to wait for shipping =)
Anyways i searched around and didn't find any info on this stepping, seeing if anyone else had one and if so how they are clocking. i sort of skipped stock voltages, but right now im dual priming at 2600mhz and 1.5v. Temp is at 43c

According to the of averages you're right on par with the norms. 2.7-2.75Ghz at 1.55v is probably where you'd top out. Unless you want to try feeding it more voltage which is not overly recommended.

Have mine at 2.3Ghz currently to break it in - 230x10, all stock voltages. I'm sure it will go higher, just haven't had the time to do it right. Stepping is in my sig. Great CPU's!

well i added a 80mm fan over the pwm area on the mobo, it was loading to 63c when priming. now its down to 40c. testing at 2590 mhz at 1.43volts.

x2 LDBFE 0622 bought from mwave on a late night decission :) got it today... dual priming @ 2.6 1.45 vcore.... tried 1.53 (DFI) to hit 2.7 but core 2 failed :( I'd bet 1.55 ill hit 2700 which is also the max for my ram so that would make me really happy

1.55 2.7, core one fails in less then a minute. 44c cpu, 45 pwm, 45 system

You will probably make 2.7 once the heatsink paste beds in and the cpu has run in a little :)
