I thought that maybe something wasnt being calculated, right, but....it was. Using Stock Bioses 1.5 and 1.6, i hit a ceiling at 274 htt, like many others. Tonight i flashed to OCWBeta 2 and you read correctly, i hit 372 HTT.

Using clockgen, i went from 280->375 ~2 mhz at a time, expecting errors EVERY TIME. As i started getting higher and higher, i thought that maybe clockgen, cpuid, and my computer were lying to me. But something happened. And it was beautiful. When i got to 375, a wonderful thing happened. My computer restarted. And me and my motherboard lived happily ever after...

ah, and this is just the beginning
:D

edit: apologies for those expecting 372x9=3358mhz , that is the next step :p

nice, seems like an awesome solution for a cheap opty combo :D keep up teh good work!

When did that come out? As in did it come out a looong time ago or was it a recent one?

Any cold boot issues?
Im a bit afraid to try going to another bios because my 1.2 bios is soo stable and my 275htt is quite nice... but I have been told Opteron 146, CABYE 0540 FPMW should hit 3.1 with a bit of extra voltage... so its tempting...

freakin do it. seriously, you'll never look back

thats awesome. i saw this a couple days ago and thought the title said "272 HTT" and i moved on. i looked closer today and clicked on it  anyway, thats a freakin' nice HTT. now if u could only run ur proc at that :D

On my Ultra-d, I could max out the HTT with a 4x multiplier. I suppose with the ASRock, however, that is a great accomplishment. Good job :) .
