I just bought a n E4300 replacing a D 820 to put in my main box.

I now have a D 820 to use so I bought a cheap 775 VIA board with 2 sticks of 512 ddr2 533 and fx5200 (combo deal)
(MB PCCHIPS P23G V3.0 P4M800PRO 775 and FX5200 128MB)

I will be using a SATA WD 320 and Nec dvd burner. Will an Enermax 330 Watt PSU
handle this?
