30min intel burn in = stable o/c??

Like the title says would you guys consider a 30 in ru of intels burn in program a stable oc if it dont fail. Hit the 5.0ghz mark on my 2600k today with 1.37 volts. ran the test for 30 in and nothing went bad.
 
Most people are dead set on at least 30min to a hour of intel burn test, then a hour or two of Prime95 blend

Personally its IBT which will bring out flaws quicker, if you did it for 30 minutes you are probably good

Remember the flaw with sandy bridges is not load voltage, its idle voltage when idling when all the flaws come out

My 2600K I got 4.5ghz with 1.2500 volts and the test ran for over a day, but a hour of idle and it would BSoD easily
 
I've always done a couple hours of Prime. Never thought to use IBT. Good to know.
 
I usually run ibt for an hour or so. Make sure you are using maximum memory because that tends to expose more instability.
 
Ibt doesn't stress the memory controller as much as prime95 blend.

But 30 mins on ibt a good indicator that temps and volts are in a good range. And it's time to tweak.
