Howdy all. I got a swinging deal on a Swiftech MCR220-DRIVE-B 2x120 Radiator and a brand spanking new 4 pin MCP350 pump for it. Rad specs here:Swiftech MCR220-DRIVE-B 2x120 Radiator w/ Integrated Pump Housing & Reservoir. I'm getting an XSPC RayStorm CPU water block to replace the Corsair H70 and considering getting a EK full coverage block for my 7970 as well. I don't do massive overclocking. My 2500k is at 4.6Ghz@1.3v and my 7970 runs 1125/1575@stock volts. With 4 Scythe Gentle Typhoon AP-15 1850rpm fans push/pull on the rad will this setup keep the CPU and GPU at moderate temps? Say 70c area with load? I know 70c is hardly optimal but it's far from dangerous and both my CPU and GPU are already running 100% stable under load at their current speeds in that temp range. I'd just like to do something about the 7970 fan noise and as long as I'm tossing in a new water loop I would not mind tapping in to it to keep the GPU cool and quiet as well. About the most demanding thing I do is game (BF3 mostly) and usually neither the CPU or GPU are at 100% at the same time if ever.
