2x JetStor 824JD problems

So I'm reaching out because the company I work for has two JetStor 824JD units that have been decommissioned since November, following a virus/malware attack. A contract company supposedly wiped all data and OS.

Does anyone have any insight on documentation or information for re initializing these, connecting them for use, anything? I've never worked with JetStor units before and am trying to figure this out.
 
Looks like a pretty standard SAS expander chassis. Hook up your preferred SAS HBA and you should be set. You shouldn't need to do any configuration on the unit itself since it's just a JBOD chassis.
