Ok kids here's the score:

Asus K8V Deluxe SE, Raptor 74GB on my primary sata connector guy, on the primary ide channel i have my 2 cd drives (one cable, one on master the other on slave). Everything booted up peachy, installed XP SP2 and what not. Problem is: I am installing my 120GB WD Drive from my old computer (full of music, movies, no OS). I am putting it on the secondary IDE Channel (tried cable select, master and slave) and I am receiving the error: Error Loading OS just before Windows should start loading. Unplugged power from the drive and booted up no prob. Lemme know what you think. Thanks!

Update: Well after messing around with the bios I realized that once I have the IDE Hard Drive plugged in, it seems to be just overriding my Raid Array (at least in the boot menu and what not).
