That is one bad-ass board, but $314.99... :( I guess it is better than it being $329.99... 10 USB 3.0 Ports?!
 
The UD7 has really odd PCIe placement, make sure you understand how they are placed. It's like 16x on top, next one is 4x, the next one is 8x and the others are 4x. basically, you have both your 580's right next to each other based on what I saw, which is silly for such a high end board. UD4 and UD5 have more usabled placement in my opinion.
