I run 2560x1080. When upgrading my graphics card should I use the 1920x1080 reviews as what will run well on my monitor? Was thinking on the rx480 with 8GB.
 
Average between the 1080P and 1440P numbers. 2560x1089 has 33% more pixels than 1080P so you can't expect similar performance.
 
To Ocellaris's point just knock 33% fps off the 1080P reviews. It'll be in the ballpark.
 
Thanks. I should shoot more for 1440 than 1080 in my purchase. Guess a 1070 then.
 
most 2560x1080 monitors have freesync. Not sure if that sways you towards team red or not, but it is something worth noting.
