2500k mobo and software vcore

I recently installed a Intel 2500k and Sapphire Pure P67.

Now if I put in BIOS vcore to 1.45v then start HWINFO32 for logging and start Intel Burn Test then the MAX vcore according to HWINFO32 is 1.356v.

If I put BIOS vcore to 1.55v(!!) then the MAX vcore in HWINFO32 is 1.376v.

If I put in BIOS vcore to 1.45v and 4.5Ghz then the Intel Burn Test give me BSOD, but then the HWINFO32 vcore is 1.356v.

The 2500k I bought used and it's previous owner has been running it at 1.45v and 4.9Ghz.

Check the LLC settings in the bios. Chances are, your LLC is set very low, leading to huge drops in voltage compared to the set value.

I found this review site with enormoust amounts of BIOS pictures on my MOBO.

Also I read wrong the vcore, infact according to hwinfo32 is is 0.928-1.032v which is impossible as it would not pass IBT...

Is everything I need to change available in this picture?

Loadline Control is LLC. Looks like your motherboard only has enabled/disabled, other motherboards have different levels of LLC.

You may need to manually set your CPU PLL Vcore to a higher voltage, since I've heard that a too low PLL value can cause instability above 4.5 ghz.

no, my Mobo has LLC: Disabled, 25%, 50%, 75%, Enabled.
I'm assuming Enabled is 100%(?)

Also I read the wrong reading that was VID and not Vcore.

there is vcore in HWINFO and it's simply called Vcore, however this motherboard that I today install seems to always have too low readings :(
When putting Vcore to AUTO it reads MIN 0.600v, MAX 0.848v and now in IDLE Current: 0.632v

So far I have had BIOS DEFAULT and just increasing multiplier to 42x and IBT (Intel Burn Test) crashes after just 2 runs.

41x is 100% stable at this stressing: 2hour small FFT Prime95 + 20runs IBT 2048mb (High) stable with in BIOS everything at DEFAULT besides the multiplier.

Edit--> I did try following: LLC:75%, Vcore 1.45v, 44x, Interna PLL overvoltage enabled. Everything else is DEFAULT I think the default PLL is 1.80v.
First time running IBT it passes, 2nd time I try IBT 2048MB it crashes after just 2 runs, warning me that PC not stable.

Try checking Vcore with CPU-z or Realtemp/Coretemp and see what values they report. Try setting LLC to 50% or 75% and see what that does for your Vcore - who knows what enabled might mean in that context. 1.45V is kind of a lot for only 4.4 - normally you'd expect to see something around 1.35~1.4V for that kind of overclock. Are you sure your memory is solid?

When starting CPU-Z it gave a error code and vcore field was blank, restarting CPU-Z and I get same voltage readings as HWINFO.

My guess is to try find out by manual adjustment how much 0.832v vcore is in BIOS as it can't be IBT and Prime95 stable at that vcore.

Something doesn't sound right. I've never heard of an idle Vcore being that low. Do you have some kind of negative offset set?

well honestly 0.832v is wery low voltage load aswell.
I doubt these reading are correct as 2h Prime95 gave me 74c MAX core and 76c MAX cpu.

manualy putting vcore to 1.40v gave med during Prime95 0.856v, MAX was 0.928v and MIN was 0.832v.

0.832V is an impossible load voltage. For some reason the programs aren't reading the motherboard correctly. Have you installed the Intel Management Engine drivers? Also, have you checked on a BIOS update for the motherboard? You can grab them here:
