What is the highest temp that is safe to get while running the Prime95 Torture Test that uses max power/heat? I have a Barton 2500+ and a NF7-S mobo.

Completely debateable.

~85c is the max temperature recommended by AMD.

Around here, people will tell you 60c is their max and sometimes lower.

It's up to what you're comfortable with.

If you're at 65c load, I'd say you were fine. Personally, I'd do everything I could to lower that temp, but hey, can't win them all.
