25-27" Glossy LCD?

I'm looking to purchase a 25-27" LCD with a glossy screen rather than matte. The problem is that it doesn't seem to specify anywhere on any website whether or not an LCD screen is glossy..

Could anyone recommend an affordable and glossy LCD?

I was actually looking at HP's site earlier and looking at their monitors. This one has gotten really high reviews and is glossy:
