2407WFP vs T240HD

I currently have a Dell 2407WFP which is over 2 years old. I am considering getting the Samsung T240HD. I play PC games and I may play console games on it. I have a Samsung LN46A650 in the family room for gaming right now. Would it be an upgrade for me? Its a little confusing since the newer version of my monitor is over $500 and the T240HD can be had for much less. Thoughts?

I had a 2407WFP and it is a great display. It has very low input lag for a S-PVA LCD, better than the worst of the IPS displays, which I blieve is the 26 inch NEC. For me the image quality on T240HD is not any better than your 2407WFP, so why bother.

Save your money until you can buy something larger, like the 26 in. Planar.

I think it would be a step down to the T240D unless you are having problems with the 2407 (input lag or something). The T240D is a TN, right? Unless you have a compelling reason to switch, I'd stick with the 2407.
