2405 support 1080p?

I haven't been able to find what the Dell 2405 officially supports....since the playstation 3 will have an HD component to it, I want to know if I can put the HD signal on my monitor.

My PS2 already looks okay.
 
But most 20-21 lcds support have only about 1050 vertical lines and you need 1080. So then you would have to go 24 inch. But you are going to need a monitor that does 1:1 scaling on DVI or it will stretch the 1080 to 1200. You do want DVI right? for HDMI to DVI? I have been looking into this too and am waiting for a good monitor for my PS3 as well. I think I will end up getting a 2407 with a new Dell PC. that way it will cost me only 800 for both the PC AND the monitor, but you have to wait for those rare oportunities where there is 40% off coupon. I just hope there is a A03 by the time I get it...
 
So many different types...

Hmm...I just want to do it through component or composite video....although since my 24" has 1920x1200, I would hope it can support it...I guess I'll know for sure when I actually get the console.

Worst comes to worst, I'll just keep using my composite cable from my PS2, as I understand the PS3 also supports component.
