I am going to circuit city tomorrow to get a monitor finally but I need some quick advice. Is the picture better on a 22 or 20 inch monitor? I am choosing between these sizes and either Samsung or LG. Any other advice? Thanks.

Supposedly the res stays the same and the screen is bigger on the 22 BUT the dot pitch is smaller on the 20s so in theory it should be sharper! ;)

Well the best 20" I see on CC's web site (a 4.5 rating) is a web only special. What model and brand should I be looking for? Thanks.

If I was to buy an HP LP2065 online would I be able to play PS3 games at 720p without needing HDCP?

youll never notice a difference. get the 22 inch samsung.

you dont need hdcp for games.

Actually I found out that you DO need HDCP to use the DVI or HDMI method with ps3. In any case, my price range might be going up a bit, what monitor between 20 and 24 inches is considered the best bet for console gaming? I was going to get the NEC GWMX2 that is so popular, but I found that the HP LP2065 has higher native resolution so I am going with that. I know that it has no HDCP but I was going to pair it with a gameswitch that is talked about on some forums. Any more ideas? I want to make the right decision. Thanks.

i have no input.

i just want to bump because im looking to head to costco soon.

still researching that dell 22". sorry to add that in your thread
