2007 WFP

the 2007 has composite inputs. you'll be connected at 480i and it will look like absolute ass (trust me, i had my gamecube hooked up to my 2005 this way and it was ugly as sin), but you can do it.
 
The S-Video is better but not amazing still. The best way to do it through a monitor like this would be to put it through something that upscales to a resolution that your monitor will accept through a DVI but this is probably more hassle than it's worth.
 
Even s-video looks like complete ass on HD displays, especially fixed pixel displays.

If the 2007fpw had component input, it would be another story.

It *might* be suitible for playing something with very low detail, like an NES. Even SNES looks like shit using composite w/ HD displays.
 
I don't have a PS2 but.....I assume it doesn't have VGA capability? That's what I use for my 360 hooked to my 2007FPW and it looks great.
 
I have seen a PS2 hooked up to a VGA on a Dell 2001FP and it was not great either, slightly better than the s-video...perhapse. That could have been down to the quality of the VGA converter of course.
