i see this has a dvi, as well as rca inputs.

and it is high resolution.

does that mean that out of a hdtv box i could go into the inputs of this monitor and watch tv? (with the dvi input)

if so, them im gonna get one.

I have the 2001fp and I can tell you that it has DVI, S-Video, Composite, and D-sub inputs. It does not have component inputs used in HDTV, but if your HDTV tuner uses DVI you should be good to go.

so for a tv to disply hdtv signal, it simply needs the correct input (dvi or component) and high enough resolution?

Shit, that means I can't hook up my ps2 to it [I've got Monster component inputs and will NEVER go back to composite]. Is there anyway around this? A box? Something? Anything?
