Hey guys,
I've tried 2 different LCD's now the Hyundai and the 193P+ and returned both. While both appeased my gaming side neither tickled my fancy for graphic editing. I think what it came down to is the lose dot pitch on 19" lcd's(.294). I found small images looked over sharpened and just can't live with it. Anyways it's time to make a new choice cause when the sun comes out I can barely see the screen of my 17" crt in my office.
Little quick info: 60% gaming these days, 40% graphic design etc.
I probably would be up for the Dell 2005 but only if it was on deal, $599 CDN seems the cheapest it goes. I am a little concerned of how most of the games I play will handle wide screen resolutions - Battlefield and Raven Shield.
So here's a few of 20" screens I can get up here for $699 at the present and wondering if anyone has any input or perspective.
BenQ 20" LCD Monitor (FP2091) - Best Buy - take it back if I don't like.
Viewsonic VP2000s - which is the same as the VP201S minus USB's. - Staples - can return as well.
Acer Acer AL2032WD - This one I am a little hesitant about as I can only buy it from places with tighter return policies and I hear it may need a firmware upgrade.
Your thoughts are appreciated.
